Rugged? As can be seen elsewhere in this website, Waterlog pressure vessels are hewn from stainless steel and not glass reinforced plastic as is the accepted material elsewhere in the industry. Rugged? For sure.
Customers are not obliged to inform their equipment suppliers of their travels, however, we are aware of at least seven that have completed circumnavigations relying on a Waterlog for drinking water - not one Waterlog required attention. We would be interested to find another watermaker, autopilot, or indeed any other piece of dynamic seafaring equipment who made it around without any maintenance or spares whatsoever.
